Self-Reflection Helps You Grow
How can you truly make plans to move forward with your life if you don't take time to reflect on where you've been? This mini meditation will help you do just that!
Mini Meditation for Your 2020 Goals
Tune into your 2019 - thinking of your wellness for this exercise, knowing you can apply this to all aspects of life. Review these questions before dropping into a mini meditation or simply use them as journaling prompts without meditating first - your choice.

- What didn't work?
- What would you like to see more of in 2020?
Find a comfy spot, keep a paper & pen handy, and relax into slow, rhythmic breathing as you close your eyes. Let the 3 questions resonate with you as you breathe. Notice what's coming up - no judgment, simply observing your thoughts, victories and things you want to work on in your wellness. Remember, this is about honoring where you are and creating a plan for change that is based off the way you want to live and feel next year.
When you feel ready, flutter your eyes open. Write whatever came up for you on that piece of paper. Now you can create the plan for change in the new year!
Design Your 2020 Goals & Make Them Happen
After you've drafted a couple realistic goals (you are the one who decides if they're realistic or not), write down one thing you can do today as a baby step towards one of those goals. Maybe its placing a time block on your calendar for yoga or "me time". Maybe its reaching out to a coach or wellness expert to schedule a consultation call. Whatever it is, make it a solid "must" on your to do list and get after it! Once you've done this baby step, create another one and another one until you're momentum is building and you're making strides towards your goals. I believe in you and so should you!
